Are you someone with customer service experience ideally within a Wealth Management/Wealth Planning environment?

We're looking to add to our team of Client Liaison Administrators our Redcar office.

Working alongside our team of experts, as Client Liaison Administrator, you will often be the first person advisors and/or clients will contact, so you need to be flexible and adaptable to cope with an array of different queries and challenges.

Experienced in providing client and financial adviser support, you'll be someone who is presentable, professional and polite with a passion for right-first-time enquiry resolution. Having worked within a wealth planning or at least a financial services environment, you'll ideally have used Xplan or a similar system (though full training will be provided as required)
